teilt ihm ausführlich die Geschichte mit, wie es zur Aufführung des Freischütz 1824 in London kam. William Hawes hatte daran entscheidenden Anteil, erwähnt auch den silbernen Becher mit Inschrift, den Weber von H. bekam und das Ölgemälde von Cawse sowie die Büste (beide im Besitz von Hawes)
